Many of our team of women in prison have children. Navigating the emotional, physical and logistical impact of this is difficult. @theglasshousebotanics supports the women through this whilst they work for us and study horticulture. The women tell us

Today the rain did not stop our team of horticulture students from loving every minute, learning from inspiring head gardener

Here comes the sun - we are loving working outside more but continue to send out our beautiful and impactful houseplants nurtured, carefully packed and shipped by women in prison.

Netti knows that sometimes we have to be cruel to be kind. Trimming this philodendron will lead to fuller growth and a healthier plant.
